By accessing or using AffKit (the "Service"), operated by Revliq ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. 2. Description of Service
AffKit is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides tools for affiliate marketers and media buyers to manage TikTok advertising campaigns, creative assets, landing pages, and performance analytics. The Service integrates with third-party platforms including but not limited to TikTok, Facebook, and Google via their official APIs.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights; (b) engage in fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive advertising practices; (c) distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems; (e) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; (f) scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service beyond what is provided through official features; or (g) resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent.
5. Third-Party Integrations
The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and Google. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective terms and policies of those platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services. You authorize us to access your third-party accounts solely to provide the features of the Service, and you may revoke this access at any time.
6. Subscription and Payments
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and will automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the billing period. We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are at our sole discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Revliq and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data or content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall AffKit, Revliq, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (c) any content obtained from the Service; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. We do not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by contacting us at support@affkit.co or through the account settings in the Service.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
